SUPER/SETUP · SetupBots LLC
Knowledge License & Intellectual Property Notice
Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 2026.06.1
This document sets forth the copyright, trademark, methodology, and license terms applicable to the SUPER/SETUP knowledge base, the SetupBots Agent Intelligence API, and the surrounding course curriculum, software installers, scripts, prompts, written materials, audio recordings, illustrations, and other works published by SetupBots LLC (the “Company”).
§ 01Copyright Notice
Copyright © 2026 SetupBots LLC. All rights reserved. All original works of authorship published by the Company — including, without limitation, the course lessons, written transcripts and MDX documents, audio narration, illustrations and generated imagery, video productions, prompts, scripts, code samples, methodology diagrams, the SUPER/SETUP knowledge base, and the Agent Intelligence API response data — are protected by United States and international copyright law and the laws of all applicable jurisdictions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public performance, derivative preparation, or commercial exploitation of these works is prohibited.
§ 02Authorship and AI-Assisted Creation
The original works published by the Company are authored by Allen Seavert, founder and principal architect of SetupBots (the “Author”), in his capacity as a representative of the Company. The Author’s creative process includes the use of voice-to-text transcription, AI-assisted drafting, AI-assisted illustration, AI-assisted audio narration, and other AI tools.
The use of such tools in the creative process does not transfer authorship or copyright to those tools or to their providers. Under United States copyright law and the position of the U.S. Copyright Office, original works of authorship created by a human author using AI tools as instrumentalities of expression remain the protected works of the human author. The Author conceives, directs, edits, and ratifies all material before publication. The resulting works are the Author’s original expression, fixed in tangible media via the Company’s publication platforms.
§ 03Trademarks
SetupBots™, SUPER/SETUP™, the SetupBots brand mark, the SUPER/SETUP keycap logotype, the Paul-Happy voice identity, and any related names, logos, taglines, and product designations are trademarks or pending trademarks of SetupBots LLC. All other trademarks referenced on the platform — including but not limited to those of Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Google, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and other third parties — are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and educational purposes only.
§ 04The Methodology Is a Protected Work
SUPER/SETUP is a methodology, a knowledge base, and an API. The methodology — defined as the specific ordering of lessons, the specific framing of decisions, the specific guardrail patterns, the specific prompt language, the specific recommendations, and the curated set of facts, rules, and watch-outs presented in SetupBots lessons — is itself an original expression of authorship and is protected under copyright.
General facts, abstract ideas, and routine technical instructions (for example, the bare instruction “create a separate operating-system user account”) are not by themselves subject to copyright protection. The specific expression of those facts and instructions — including the exact wording, the order of presentation, the worked examples, the diagnostic prompts, the accompanying recommendations, and the curated curriculum that surrounds them — is protected. The Company asserts copyright over the expression, presentation, and curation, not over underlying facts in the public domain.
§ 05License Grant
Subject to the limitations in Section 6 and the term of the Company’s Terms of Service, the Company grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use SUPER/SETUP for your own internal work and for client work performed by you or your business. You may permit AI agents under your control to query the Agent Intelligence API, read lessons, use code resources, and apply the methodology while building software, websites, automations, content systems, and implementation projects on your own or your clients’ behalf.
§ 06Restrictions
You may not, directly or indirectly: share, sell, publish, lease, sublicense, mirror, scrape, bulk-export, redistribute, or otherwise make available the knowledge base, API responses, installer, access keys, lesson content, audio recordings, illustrations, or code resources to any party not expressly authorized under your subscription. You may not repackage SUPER/SETUP — in whole or in substantial part — into another course, API, agent brain, prompt library, training dataset, or competing product. You may not use SUPER/SETUP to train, fine-tune, or condition a machine-learning model intended to substitute for or compete with the SUPER/SETUP knowledge base.
§ 07Your Outputs
The software, content, client deliverables, and internal tools you create using SUPER/SETUP are yours. The Company does not claim ownership of your work simply because your AI agent consulted SUPER/SETUP while you were building it. You are responsible for those outputs as described in the Company’s Terms of Service and Disclosure.
§ 08Access Keys
Your access key is tied to your account or business and is confidential. Do not paste it into public chats, screenshots, repositories, client repositories, generated documentation, or shared prompt files. If a key is exposed or compromised, you must revoke it and generate a replacement through your account dashboard.
§ 09Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the Company. No license, by estoppel or otherwise, is granted under any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right owned by the Company except as expressly stated herein.
§ 10Termination
This license is effective for the period during which your access is active and you are in compliance with these terms. The license terminates automatically and without notice if you violate any provision herein, cease active subscription, or are terminated for cause under the Company’s Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease accessing SUPER/SETUP and delete any locally stored or cached copies of the knowledge base, lessons, audio files, installer, or related materials in your possession or control.
§ 11No Warranty; As-Is
SUPER/SETUP and all related materials are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or freedom from defects, viruses, or vulnerabilities. See the Disclosure for the Company’s position on third-party tools, evolving threats, and your responsibilities as a user.
§ 12Governing Law and Venue
This license is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this license shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
§ 13Severability
If any provision of this license is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
