This Purchase Policy explains subscriptions, individual course purchases, access windows, refunds, promotional offers, taxes, cancellation, and payment handling for SetupBots.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. SetupBots does not store full card numbers. You authorize SetupBots and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the products, subscriptions, taxes, and fees shown at checkout. Your payment may also be subject to the payment processor's terms, privacy notices, fraud review, identity checks, authorization rules, bank rules, card-network rules, and dispute processes.
SetupBots is not responsible for payment-processor outages, authorizations, denials, holds, reserves, fraud reviews, failed payments, card-network decisions, bank delays, wallet-provider issues, payment-provider decisions, or third-party payment processing delays.
SUPER/SETUP subscriptions provide access to the subscription benefits shown at checkout, which may include paid courses, dashboard access, installer resources, Agent Intelligence API access, audio, community features, and updates while your subscription is active.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior paid periods unless required by law or stated in this policy. If you cancel, subscription access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless terminated earlier for abuse, non-payment, chargeback, policy violation, security risk, suspected fraud, excessive usage, scraping, resale, attempts to bypass controls, or legal reasons.
Individual course purchases provide access to the purchased course for the access window shown at checkout. Current intended policy: 3-year course access from purchase date for one-time course purchases. Individual course purchases are not lifetime access unless checkout explicitly says lifetime.
If your cart includes SUPER/SETUP and individual paid courses, checkout may tell you that SUPER/SETUP includes access to those courses while the subscription is active. You may choose subscription-only access or also purchase individual courses for 3-year access even if you later cancel SUPER/SETUP, if that option is available.
Promo codes, discounts, trials, founder offers, event offers, and limited-time pricing are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Promotional pricing may apply only to the first billing period, first month, first year, a fixed number of months, a specific product, or a specific plan. SetupBots may test, experiment with, or use dynamic pricing, promotional pricing, channel-specific offers, personalized offers, or price variations. Different users may see different prices or offers. The price shown at checkout before payment controls your purchase.
Suggested launch policy: SUPER/SETUP subscriptions and individual course purchases may be eligible for a 14-day refund unless there is abuse, excessive API extraction, chargeback fraud, policy violation, substantial course consumption, substantial course access, substantial audio/video consumption, bulk downloading, content extraction, account sharing, resale, scraping, or another disqualifying reason. No refund is owed for renewals unless required by law or approved by SetupBots.
SetupBots may, for any lawful reason, restrict, suspend, revoke, or deny access to courses, subscriptions, downloads, dashboard features, profile features, community features, API keys, accounts, devices, IP addresses, or other access points. This includes abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, security risk, scraping, resale, excessive API extraction, policy violations, suspected fraud, attempts to bypass controls, or activity that could harm SetupBots, users, third parties, or the public. Refunds for restricted or terminated accounts are not owed unless required by law or approved by SetupBots.
Prices may not include taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. If you initiate a chargeback, SetupBots may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed. You are responsible for chargebacks, dispute fees, failed-payment fees, collection costs, recovery costs, and reasonable expenses caused by fraud, unauthorized use, abusive disputes, or payment reversals, where allowed by law. SetupBots may change prices; for existing subscriptions, price changes apply as disclosed by notice and applicable law before the next renewal. For new purchases, current checkout pricing controls.
Payment processors, banks, card networks, tax providers, fraud tools, wallets, and checkout vendors are third parties. They may decline, hold, reverse, review, reserve, or delay payments according to their own rules. SetupBots may not be able to override those decisions. Access may be delayed, suspended, or denied if payment is not completed, is reversed, is under fraud review, or cannot be verified.
Some courses, dashboard features, API capabilities, community features, pricing offers, installer resources, audio, and agent workflows may be beta, preview, experimental, or early-access. They may change, break, be limited, be repriced, be removed, or be discontinued. If SetupBots discontinues a paid product before the end of a prepaid access window, SetupBots may provide replacement access, credits, refunds, or other adjustments where required by law or determined appropriate by SetupBots.
This Purchase Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
