SetupBots
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SetupBots.com, SUPER/SETUP, the SetupBots dashboard, installer resources, Agent Intelligence API, courses, audio, community features, downloads, software examples, prompts, code resources, events, emails, SMS messages, and related services provided by SetupBots LLC. By creating an account, buying, subscribing, installing, downloading, accessing an API key, joining the community, or using SetupBots, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms include and incorporate the Privacy Policy, SUPER/SETUP Knowledge License, Purchase Policy, Disclosure, and, if you post, comment, review, react, report, or otherwise participate publicly, the Community Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SetupBots.
If these Terms conflict with a more specific SetupBots policy, the more specific policy controls for that subject. The Purchase Policy controls refunds, cancellations, promotional offers, course access windows, and payment handling. The Knowledge License controls use of SetupBots content, course material, API responses, and methodology. The Community Policy controls public posts, comments, reviews, reactions, reports, and agent/API community participation. The Privacy Policy controls how SetupBots handles personal information. The checkout price and terms shown immediately before payment control the specific purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use paid SetupBots services. If you use SetupBots for a company, client, agency, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
SetupBots provides educational methodology, implementation guidance, course content, audio content, examples, prompts, code resources, API-accessible knowledge, and installer workflows intended to help users work with AI-assisted coding tools and related software. SetupBots is not a managed IT provider, security auditor, law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, medical advisor, professional compliance service, or guaranteed software-delivery service.
SetupBots teaches workflows that may involve third-party coding agents, command-line tools, package managers, IDE extensions, cloud services, databases, payment tools, analytics tools, APIs, scripts, and automation workflows. These tools can make mistakes. AI agents can misunderstand instructions, generate insecure code, run risky commands, delete files, expose secrets, damage systems, create outages, create billing events, or introduce vulnerabilities.
You are solely responsible for:
AI outputs, agent recommendations, API responses, course examples, prompts, code snippets, summaries, and generated implementation steps may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe, offensive, fabricated, or unsuitable for your environment. SetupBots does not guarantee that an AI agent will understand instructions, choose the correct tool, follow documentation, avoid loops, protect secrets, comply with laws, or produce secure or production-ready work. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving outputs before relying on them.
SetupBots may mention, link to, teach, integrate with, or provide instructions for third-party services and software, including Anthropic, Claude Code, OpenAI, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, Google, Meta, Apple, Microsoft, package managers, APIs, open-source packages, plugins, extensions, CLIs, MCP servers, scripts, binaries, container images, and other tools.
Third-party services and software are not controlled by SetupBots. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, policies, licenses, security practices, fees, availability, and support. SetupBots is not responsible for third-party services, third-party code, third-party pricing changes, third-party outages, third-party data practices, third-party installer behavior, open-source licenses, malicious packages, compromised maintainers, dependency confusion, typosquatting, vulnerable packages, abandoned packages, supply-chain attacks, or damage caused by third-party tools.
If an AI agent recommends a package, command, installer, dependency, or integration, that recommendation is not a SetupBots guarantee. Review the source, permissions, license, reputation, security posture, and necessity before installing, importing, executing, approving, or deploying it.
Keep your account and API key secure. Do not publish, share, sell, lease, sublicense, screenshot, commit, or otherwise expose your access key. You are responsible for all activity under your account, API keys, installed agents, devices, credentials, and access points. If you believe your account or key has been compromised, revoke the key where available and contact SetupBots. We may suspend, revoke, rotate, or limit keys to protect SetupBots, users, systems, intellectual property, or the public.
The Agent Intelligence API is intended for interactive use by you and AI agents acting under your account. You may not scrape, bulk-export, mirror, reconstruct, republish, resell, cache to replace the service, train a competing system, or use the API to create a competing course, knowledge base, agent brain, prompt library, retrieval system, dataset, or product. You may not share API keys, use multiple accounts, rotate devices or IP addresses, automate excessive requests, or otherwise bypass rate limits, scopes, usage caps, extraction controls, or access restrictions.
SetupBots may monitor API usage, apply rate limits, slow or block requests, reduce result sizes, require policy acknowledgements, revoke keys, suspend access, or deny API/community write actions where needed to protect SetupBots, users, third parties, the knowledge base, or the public.
Current public pricing is shown at checkout. Paid access may be offered monthly or annually, and event-only promo codes may change the price shown before payment. SetupBots may change prices at any time and may test, experiment with, or use dynamic pricing, promotional pricing, channel-specific offers, or personalized offers. Different users may see different prices or offers. The price shown at checkout before payment controls your purchase. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless we terminate for abuse or non-payment. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. Purchases, refunds, renewals, promo codes, one-time course access, and mixed subscription/course purchases are governed by the Purchase Policy.
Payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud tools, wallets, tax providers, and checkout vendors may apply their own terms, privacy notices, risk reviews, holds, declines, reversals, dispute processes, identity checks, and fees. SetupBots is not responsible for payment-processor outages, authorizations, denials, holds, fraud reviews, reserves, disputes, chargebacks, card-network decisions, or third-party payment processing delays.
You may not access or use SetupBots where doing so is prohibited by U.S. sanctions, export-control laws, trade restrictions, embargoes, or other laws that apply to you or SetupBots. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction, and that you are not on a denied-party, sanctions, or restricted-person list that would prohibit your use of SetupBots.
You may not use SetupBots to violate any law or third-party right; post pornography, sexual exploitation content, harassment, threats, hate, spam, or deceptive promotions; publish secrets, private keys, confidential client data, or unnecessary personal information; distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, exploit instructions, or harmful code; scrape, bulk-export, mirror, resell, repackage, sublicense, or republish SetupBots content; attack, probe, scan, bypass, or disrupt SetupBots systems; abuse rate limits or access controls; or use SetupBots to train or build a substantially similar competing course, API, agent brain, prompt library, knowledge base, or product.
SetupBots may, for any lawful reason, restrict, suspend, revoke, or deny access to courses, the dashboard, profile features, downloads, community features, API keys, subscriptions, accounts, devices, IP addresses, or other access points. This includes abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, security risk, scraping, resale, policy violations, excessive usage, suspected fraud, attempts to bypass controls, or activity that could harm SetupBots, users, third parties, or the public.
If you post, comment, review, react, report, upload, or submit feedback, you are responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant SetupBots a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, edit for formatting, remove, archive, analyze, and use your public community content and private feedback to operate, improve, support, and promote SetupBots.
SetupBots may remove, hide, reject, lock, archive, rate-limit, review, or permanently delete posts, comments, replies, reactions, reports, course reviews, lesson discussions, or other community content for any lawful reason. SetupBots has no obligation to host, display, preserve, restore, or explain removal of community content.
SetupBots content, methodology, course structure, audio, prompts, lesson bodies, API responses, illustrations, branding, code resources, installer materials, and knowledge base are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, contract, and other laws. Your license is limited and described in the SUPER/SETUP Knowledge License. Your software, content, client deliverables, and internal tools remain yours, subject to third-party rights and your obligations. SetupBots does not claim ownership of your project merely because you used SetupBots while building it.
SetupBots provides implementation methodology and examples. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or security certification advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you or your AI agent produces before relying on it or shipping it.
SetupBots may teach or discuss privacy, security, analytics, email, SMS, payments, AI tools, API usage, data handling, and software-development practices. That does not make SetupBots a compliance service, compliance certification, data-protection officer, security auditor, PCI assessor, HIPAA consultant, GDPR consultant, legal advisor, or regulated-industry compliance provider.
We do not promise that SetupBots, SUPER/SETUP, the Agent Intelligence API, course content, code examples, community features, third-party tools, or your use of them will comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, PCI DSS, SOC 2, FERPA, GLBA, state privacy laws, international privacy laws, accessibility laws, advertising rules, platform policies, or any other legal, regulatory, contractual, or industry framework.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of SetupBots, your projects, customer data, marketing, messages, AI-agent workflows, and third-party integrations comply with laws and obligations that apply to you. Unless SetupBots separately signs a written data processing agreement, business associate agreement, or similar contract with you, you should not treat SetupBots as a regulated-data processor, business associate, compliance vendor, or custodian for sensitive regulated workloads.
SetupBots is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, SetupBots disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, security, data integrity, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that SetupBots content, API responses, AI-assisted recommendations, code examples, installer instructions, third-party software, open-source packages, package registries, cloud platforms, APIs, plugins, extensions, software dependencies, or community content will be accurate, current, safe, secure, complete, lawful for your use case, suitable for production, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your environment, or immune from unauthorized access, security incidents, supply-chain attacks, package compromise, credential theft, data loss, or service interruption.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SetupBots LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, loss of data, system damage, security incident, business interruption, computer damage, cloud bill, API charges, client claim, or cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SetupBots' total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid SetupBots for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations. In that case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed by law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SetupBots LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of SetupBots; your software, client work, outputs, or implementations; your violation of these Terms or incorporated policies; your violation of law or third-party rights; your content or community activity; your use of third-party services; your failure to review, test, secure, or back up your systems; or activity under your account/API keys.
SetupBots may offer beta, preview, experimental, early-access, AI, API, community, pricing, installer, dashboard, course, audio, or agent features. These features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, unstable, rate limited, changed, repriced, removed, or discontinued at any time. They are provided for testing and product improvement, and should not be relied on as permanent, error-free, or suitable for production-critical use.
SetupBots may change, update, discontinue, rename, reorganize, remove, or restrict features, courses, lessons, audio, API capabilities, pricing, limits, policies, or access models. If we materially change subscription pricing for existing subscribers, we will provide notice as required by law before the change applies to your next renewal.
If you believe content on SetupBots infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact support@setupbots.com with enough information for us to review the claim, including the material at issue, the rights you claim, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. SetupBots may remove, disable, or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, chargeback and collection rights, intellectual property and license restrictions, API and anti-scraping restrictions, confidentiality and security obligations, disclaimers, warranty exclusions, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, and enforcement rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to SetupBots, these Terms, incorporated policies, purchases, subscriptions, API access, course access, profile access, community activity, or any related product or service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration provider selected by SetupBots, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court or applicable law does not allow arbitration of that claim. Before arbitration, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you and SetupBots waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative action. Arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis. Nothing in this section prevents SetupBots from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual-property misuse, scraping, API abuse, security threats, account abuse, or unauthorized access.
